garbled bluetooth after radio update

Hello, ever since i update my Bell touch, all my bluetooth devices no longer works, they will pair, but i will get no sound, also if i try to pair to another phone, that does not work, any suggestions ?

btw i tried using nfs' rom also but no no avail, i am curently using the official bell rom
