Sprint Touch Tethering Over Bluetooth help

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this set up? I know it's probably been asked a million times.

I tried using the BT DUN WM6 cab and connecting through vista but it just fails. When I try ICS it immediately says failed due to incorrect logon.

Any help?
