Question Restoring stock bootloader

Is there any specific method to restore the stock bootloader in a Bell Vogue? The display on my phone is flunking out, with the top left corner of the display black. I believe it maybe something wrong in the display driver or the display connector being loose, and I want to restore it and bring it in for warranty replacement or repair.

I'm wonder if it would be as simple as installing the stock ROM?

Thanks!
