If you are talking about an insuranse ,you can tell them that you lost it,its no big deal for them anyway.Im doing it twise a year and getting 2 phones for 100$ a year

I don't have any insurance for the phone, however I still have warranty on it, and would like to bring it back to replace/repair. However, I'm pretty sure they'll comment on the ImCoke bootloader...

This is easy. Backup what you want kept tothe storage card,then get coke 0.40 unlocker, once that is run, immediately run the bell rom from the HTC website, your phone is back to stock and the spl is what it should be.
