Thanks again.
As long as outlook pops up then yes...Your data will sync anywhere you would like as long as office pc is set up for your device, "you can save whatever anywhere you like as many times as you want"...also for all those that helped tap that green button and boost their rep...

Thanks Hooover,
I did install the MDC on my laptop with Vista OS, But it Outlook is not popping and does not sync my information. I think I am missing something here. I just got this laptop and I have not used the outlook 2007 as of now. But it is installed and I have opened the software couple of times with no problem. On my XP Pro desktop as soon as I connect my HTC Touch it connects and ask for my password and as soon as I enter the PW it start the sync process,

What am I missing here?

Re: Activesync and Vista

Did you by chance run the disc you recieved with your Vogue on your Vista based PC, I don't know but I did and never had a problem, except when I reformatted and even then I used the disc again and BINGO, I was good!!!

Re: Activesync and Vista

Hooover, I can not find the CD that came with my HTC Touch 6900. I do not recall what were the programs that were on that CD that is why I was trying to D/L the Activesync 4.5 from Microsoft Site so I can install it on my new laptop so I can sync my data but again I was not able to install the Activesync but I was able to install the MDC but outlook does not pop up and it does not sync my data. MDC is telling me the sync was complete but I do not see my calender and contact in my outlook 2007. Any idea?

Re: Activesync and Vista

It works. I use that exact setup. Vista/Home laptop & XP Pro/work desktop.
