Texting problems

Ok, so I'm having some sort of problem with my Vogue. It's like people have been texting me and I've been recieving most of the texts, but not all of them. Then also, when I soft reset my vogue and check the texts I sent/received a few minutes ago they're gone. Like it's not showing the text thread. IDK why its doing this because I havent done any kind of changes to my phone for a while and it just started yesterday. Does anyone know what to do to fix this, or has anyone even had this problem?

that happened to me once. i had to do a backup then hard reset then restore backup to fix.

The soft reset issue is normal...recent texts are disregarded in a soft reset sometimes resent to you...but just go ahead and back up all your info and hard reset it will restore everything to normal,...

When you say hard reset, do you mean holding the top power button until a window pops up asking if you're sure you want to turn it off?

Nope I mean holding the end and send key and poking your stylus in the lil hole on the bottom of your device
