Change provider from telus to bell

I have a htc touch with bell. I have the opportunity to buy a telus htc diamond for very cheap. Is there any way I can use that telus diamond with bell.

Bell does offer the diamond. Can i just change the ESN and other info on the diamond to the same as on my touch. If so how.

If anyone can help me in this direction I will be willing to trade my touch vogue for the info how to
