Although I am not a representative for Sprint, I do drive by one on almost a daily basis, so I think i am qulified to give my opinion. I also believe that that is has to do with Galarm. I have had the same problem, since installing it. I think the program is worth this little annoyance. But the developer is constantly updating it, so im sure if he is notified it will be fixed on his next update.
