I never got the sd flash thing to work either. If you flash the Bell rom from htc, it will give you the radio. Then flash the rom you want.

As rstoyguy said the offical ROM will upgrade there is never really any need to just flash the radio...

Then just go back to the link I left and use the offical sites ROM...the unlocker isn't needed for this...
