Re: Scanlife barcode scanner

I did get it to work. When you go to the site (the ScanLife site) select your options under SmartPhone and not sprint.

Re: Scanlife barcode scanner

works fine on my touch, however it serves no purpose because the technology hasn't been adapted by anyone. Interesting idea but there are a lot of cooler ways to advertise than fancy barcodes.

you aren't missing anything.

Re: Scanlife barcode scanner

Yes. There is not much use for it. If it could read actual product bar codes and check if there are better prices like on a G1 android phone, that would be nice.

On ScanLife site select Windows Mobile under Smartphone users:
http://www.scanlife.com/appdownload.html

Both ways work the same, but that is what I selected.

Re: Scanlife barcode scanner

I was able to get a version that worked from www.getscanlife.com (from the phone). Also, you can create a code on scanlife.com that links to your contact info which is pretty cool.
