Active Sync keeps coming on

Ok, before you scream, "use the search function!" ...

I did.

I've tried setting up a dummy server (and making the server update 'manual'), disabling the auto time synchronization, disabling anything that updates itself... It still pops up about every 20 mins and stays on until I cancel it. It's hurting battery life.

Does anyone have a definitive fix to make Active Sync only pop up when I connect to my computer??

I'm using a very lean ROM I made with PPCKitchen (latest 20931 M2D).

I have no idea how to stop it but I can tell you that it does not hurt your battery life at all.
