cannot make phone calls or send sms after upgrade

hi there i have a okta touch aka touch vouge , my carrier is telecon new zealand, i up flashed my touch with the lastest htc sprint release didnt let customization run and then with dette's 2.3 diamond edition and all is good
aprt from the fact that i cannot make or recieve calls send or recieve sms and no internet either i ran dcd carrier cab for telecom my hdr passwords are all in and correct , kinda stuck as where to go from here or what to do any suggestions would be great thanks
