Ignore incoming calls

My bro-in-law has the new HTC Pro for Sprint. When a call comes in, he can choose to ignore OR ignore and send a canned text message saying he's busy and will call them ASAP.

Is there any way to do this with the HTC Touch for Alltel?

SPB Phone Suite... does that and much more. I consider it one of my must-have's
