Re: How do you move and rearrange icons on the home screen

you can remove the whole bar that has sprint tv etc by going to start->settings->personal->today->items and unchecking whatever it's called. you can also rearrange the today screen items from this menu via the move up/move down buttons. i think there's something called htc home sprint plugin by jubs that looks just like the default one but you can customize the items via the registry. you could also use the resco today plugin as a replacement, which is much easier to configure.

if i just want to remove sprint tv how can that be done.

Remove the today item, and use a program called TLaunch (or something like that)....it basically let's you build a custom bar like that

yeah, i know what you're talking about. you cannot remove individual buttons on the default plugin. you just have to disable it and install a custom version that has the ability to be reconfigured. remove the old one and dl the app pack here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=344533
the one you want is HTC Home Sprint Plugin v1.0.824711.0. you may want to install some of the other apps like the action screen and the audio manager to make the icons work. you could also customize the icons and links via the registry but that is gonna require you to make custom icons or have incorrect icons. i'm 99% sure you would like the resco today plugin much more because it is a lot better from a usability standpoint.
