HTC Touch Vogue WAP issue!!!

Hello all, I just got an HTC Touch (from Sprint) that was already flashed to Cricket. I look in the WAP settings and some things are missing so I am not able to get on the internet. Also, it still gives me a Sprint internet option. Can anyone please tell me what I need to put in the blanks? I will post exactly how it looks:
HTTP wap.mycricket.com:8080
WAP
Secure WAP
Socks

That's all the info that is on the phone. I was told that these settings are supposed to be filled in but I can not find the correct ones anywhere online... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
