local city weather

I know there are a couple of threads on here providing a way to add your local city weather but I can't seem to get them to work. I have the Sprint 6.1 rom and I only need to have a couple cities that I would use. Does anyone know how to add just a couple cities to the list on the Touch? Maybe through the redistry? Any help would be very much appreciated!

If you are looking to add just a couple of cities, caastravete posted this editor. it works on your PPC and will allow you to edit the database onboard.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong because I can't get the weather database editor to properly add the cities I'm putting in. Any help would be appreciated.

I just installed the database editor and I get the message that I need to have a newer version of Microsoft.net compact framework!! Anyone have a link. Thanx

I had the same issue at first I think I only had 2.0 here's the 3.5 that got mine running http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
