Turn to landscape mode when texting

I have not found this yet. Can anyone make a Cab. file that will make the phone go into landscape mode when you press on the text icon from the home screen. It would also be handy if it would do this when a text comes in and you hit reply. I don't know enough to do this myself so I am calling on the programming gurus out there.

What I like to do is set button 1, the camera button to <Rotate Screen>. It's not what your asking for but is a good flip the orientation for different application, ie texting.

Thanks for the idea, I changed the button to do that and it does help. It would still be nice if it would do it for when you hit the text button.

i kno thats what im tryin to find too,i want a landscape qwerty keyboard on my verizon xv6900,i searched alot on google but i cant seem to find it,does anyone know if there is a landscape keyboard for it.....

i dont think there is a landscape sip for the vogue or any other phone... not one that automatically changes the orientation of the device screen when deployed... I think your best bet is to set up one of your hardware buttons to do that for you automatically... and then use whatever your choice of sip is...

but hey if you find one post here... ill definatly be down to check it out...
