could always try ebay. tis what i did after my touch took a drink with me in the pacific lol long story. but there are some not to bad deals on there for brand spankin new vogues. got mine for $100 last july

I am so waiting on them to run out of vogues lol. A couple of weeks ago I saw a post on a message board giving people the heads up that they were out of the phone the pro came out after and I saw a good 100+ people make claims that same day and get the pro

The one thing I have noticed about sprint is if you don’t like what the first customer service rep says then call back in a couple of days the chances are you will get a better deal. Also if you threaten to go to at&t to get an iphone they will bend over backwards to keep you that’s how I was able to get my touch for $100 (at the time I think it was 200 for the phone with a new 2 year contract) after being only 1 year into my contract and for the first 6 months paying my bill late I thought for sure sprint would tell me to get lost but they didn’t. I don’t care what others have about sprit customer service I’ve NEVER had a problem!!

any new phone you purchase has a 1 one year manufacture warranty so if it happens with in the year they usually send a refurb at no charge or new if youre lucky
