Changing Calendar Shortcut

Does anyone know how to change the calendar shortcut on Manila to open another calendar program like Pocket informant? I have changed 2 registry keys to direct it, but outlook still opens. Thanks!

Re: Changing Calendar Shortcut

1. Download and install VJBrisk app (one of Vijay555 tools).

2. Make a copy of vbrisk.exe (installed in: \program files\vijay555\VJBrisk\vbrisk.exe) and name it calendar.exe.

3. Copy/paste newly made calendar.exe to \windows and overwrite the existing one... NOTE: this will give a warning about overwriting a ROM file, answer yes.. this is the only way I have found to alter the file you can't make a backup of it or rename the old one.. at least within resco

4. Copy thumbcal shortcut from \windows\start menu\programs to \windows but rename it to vjtarget.lnk.

Do that same thing but with whatever calendar program you want it to be. It seems to work well for me.
