I would think that you could install the new Sprint rom and that should do it. I could be wrong, but that would be my guess. I am sure someone else with a little more knowledge on this will chime in though.

Re: Changing From Cricket To Sprint

hmm I thought I remember someone saying that to activate a phone with Sprint it had to have a Sprint logo on it, because they put the ESN's in their database as ones they can activate. Not sure how accurate that is, because it didn't use to be like that. I activated an phone a few years ago that I bought off ebay. No problems, but they could have changed that policy.

Well it did have the sprint logo on it but i switch the screen and it now says HTC on it. I was at sprint yesterday and they said if i could get it fixed for sprint I can use it cause it is a sprint phone. My dad wants to put me on his plan but im thinking i might just get me a new phone now....

If that is all you need to do, download the new sprint ruu rom and that will put it back to sprint and then sprint SHOULD be able to reactivate it.

Here is the link to the new sprint ruu rom:

http://www.nextel.com/en/software_do...tc_touch.shtml

When you get here, click on the "more details" and it will let you download what you need.

Hope this helps.
