where did i go wrong?

I downloaded the macflo & saved it to my memory card & installed on my phone. Now when i scroll up my screen turns into an opeque blk screen. When i tryed to edit the slabs nothing happens. This phone was never mod. before this was the first time & now i am lost. please help
