Making Touch appear as Removable Disk in Mac

I'm currently using a custom ROM and using the USB to PC application so that it asks every time that I connect via USB what type of connection I want. I set it to use the 'Disk Drive' Option when I connect to my Macbook Pro, but it does not register as a removable disk. Is there any other way to make this work (without buying something like the Missing Sync)?

I've got an 8GB MicroSD in my phone. that I would like to move music/mp3s over to without having to take out the card and using a usb reader. My Car Stereo has bluetooth with a2dp capability and also usb connectivity to read mp3's.

You can connect via activesync then on your cpu go to my comp.>your device>storage card...that will access it and you can load music that way as well I never take my card out unless its needed

I use a shareware program on my touch "Card export II". There might be a freeware solution, but this one works and works well.

I'm using a custom ROM and the built in program which pops up asking if I want to connect as activesync or a disk drive works fine for my pc and other devices, but not for my mac. My mac doesn't recognize it at all
