Touch constantly rebooting

I unlocked my touch using imcokeman's 2.31 unlocker and flashed a custom rom (several as a matter of fact). Now my phone keeps rebooting just after reaching the today screen. It does not reboot while hooked up to active sync, but as soon as i remove the usb cable the phone reboots. i have tried a hard reset and the problem continues. Has anyone else experineced this? Is there a setting that I need to adjust?

Sounds like a bad rom. Try one that is known to be working - lots to choose from.

My phone done the exact same thing one time. I fixed it by manually putting the phone in bootloader and flashed a stable ROM. Everything went back to normal
