What's the best way to make my Vogue look stock?

I've got an HTC touch with bell. I remember seeing a therad a while back with links to the original rom and radio and all that jazz.

I'm returning my unit due to the known issue with cracks in the upper housing. Bell has given me an RMA, and i've got to send my unit back.

Can anybody advise? I've done some searches but can only find threads telling me not to do this, as it can cause future issues.

Re: What's the best way to make my Vogue look stock?

Taken directly from ImCokeMan's thread:
"The only warnings are not to install a pre-gps rom or a rom from a different carrier. the .40 unlocker is perfect for relocking, assuming you have a factory rom from your carrier. If a GPS one hasn't been released from htc for your carrier or you go back to to pre-gps rom and radio then it is dangerous.

WARNING: Re-read that last sentence and make sure you understand it before relocking"

Re: What's the best way to make my Vogue look stock?

^ yeah, thanks.

I recognize that going pre-gps will be dangerous - but fortunately, i've got a refurb unit coming to me even before I send this one back for the physical issue with the case.

i don't really care if it messes up for them,s omewhere down the line. Although, if they decided to send this one back to me - i gues i'd be screwed

Re: What's the best way to make my Vogue look stock?

All I'm basically telling you is flash a stock rom and use .40 and you are relocked gps or not I gathered this from reading through the thread I posted for its not a big deal just trying to help hopefully everything works out or you.

Re: What's the best way to make my Vogue look stock?

there is no re-locker for the Vogue, you will have to unlock w/ .40 then flash the official Bell rom.....this should get you back to stock & locked
