I Can't get Webcam APPS to work for my LIFE!!

Hey, I'm trying to use my HTC Touch as a webcam but I keep having problems. I tried using Mobiola and WebCamera PLUS but I keep getting errors. Anyone have a working FREE webcam app that works? Or anyone know how to get these two to work??

could u please post what files your using? because i used a .cab and a setup file for the computer. But when i run it on my phone its just a black screen and when I run it on my computer it just says "waiting to connect" Does anyone know whats going wrong?? (and im talking about WEBCAMERA PLUS)
