Connecting active sync without charging?
I know the GSM version of the touch has an option to turn off charging while the usb is connected but my cdma version doesnt have that feature, and i always want to connect to my computer to put some new apps on my touch but i usually wait till i have to charge my phone so im not always connecting the phone and getting 5 minute charges here and there. I really dont want to wear my battery out so quickly, so is the any way i can connect but not have to charge my phone?

Start Menu/Settings/System/Power/--check box " When device is turned on, do not charge the battery when connected to the PC"
my setting was unchecked, and it was charging slowly on my PC, hope this helps, will test when i get home. |

True... but that doesn't help the none gsm phones... IT is a shame it isn't an option for us too.
