Touch P3050 Changed ESN to pESN problems

Well I got a HTC Touch Vogue from a friend a few weeks ago and been trying to figure out how to get my Pay&Talk phone active on it.. Even for just voice..
The problem is my Pay&Talk only had a MEID.. I used a converter and converted it to a pESN and have successfully changed it with CDMA workshop to the pESN and changed the NAM info to my Pay&Talk phone number.. Now the phone says Phone Is Off and the phones in airplane mode.. I turn airplane mode off and enable the phone again and it says No Service.. I have tried different roms even the stock TELUS rom and still nothing...
I'm guessing pESN's arnt the same as ESN's even tho they are the same lenght.

Anyone have any ideas?!
