Touch P3050 Changed ESN to pESN problems

Well I got a HTC Touch Vogue from a friend a few weeks ago and been trying to figure out how to get my Pay&Talk phone active on it.. Even for just voice..
The problem is my Pay&Talk only had a MEID.. I used a converter and converted it to a pESN and have successfully changed it with CDMA workshop to the pESN and changed the NAM info to my Pay&Talk phone number.. Now the phone says Phone Is Off and the phones in airplane mode.. I turn airplane mode off and enable the phone again and it says No Service.. I have tried different roms even the stock TELUS rom and still nothing...
I'm guessing pESN's arnt the same as ESN's even tho they are the same lenght.

Anyone have any ideas?!

I Herd something about adding the MEID to the NV at 1943 and I did and I still have no service... Also now my ##3424# ect commands don't work and I have to start DMrouter with a 3rd party program. Even when I try to dial anything like *228 or and ## command it just says phone is currently off. Would you like to turn phone on? And repeats over and over.

I tried to change the MEID back to 0x0000000000000000 and it says It can only read now :S

You need a meid writer like cdma (fill in the blank) hehehe. pESN is only a pseudo esn. The carrier might not necessarily recognize it if it believes the phone has a true meid. MEID came into play because of the lack of enough digits to uniquely identify a phone on the network. The ESN's were getting exhausted.

Note that even having a meid writer doesn't mean you can write meid's to phones that don't support it. Keep in mind before meid came into play phones were build around the ESN specification. I do not believe the touch has meid abilities. Just like the TREO line, the 755P uses ESN, the centro uses meid.
