HTC Home not Appearing

Hello. I had a Leopard Skin and the LG buttons installed and used it for awhile then decided to go back to the original. Well in that process I also installed HTC Home, the customizer. I try to uninstall and it won't completely remove it for me, and when I check HTC Home in the items list it will not appear on my Today Screen. Any help? Thanks
