Threaded text messages are the greatest thing ever, and if 6.5 add anything half that cool and useful I'll be pumped.

Re: Windows Mobile 6.5 is comming soon?
it was two days ago the thread on vzw started on 6.1 release, thanks for the link to it. it sounds like it got released for beta testing here and xda, that seems to be what happened with the sprint folks or it was stolen from the inside and released but i suspect they want the folks here and xda to work out the bugs and find the "cheats". vzw will try their best to lock the gps anyway they can. they want to milk the navigator service.
that is vzws mode of operation. ill be shocked if they release 6.1 w/o locking gps. i bet when it gets unlocked by ppc or xda in the next day or so they will find a way to lock it back down. then it will be unlocked again by the hacks. vzw was rumored to release 6.1 by end of this month so i am sure they are close to sending out the official release in the next week or so. seems smart for the telcos to let the real experts on here and xda work out the bugs and cheats for free. im really getting to dislike vzw more and more. it seems they are only interested in the high profit of the dumb masses who dont know or want to know how to free themselves from paid services. |
