Voice Speed Dial Cab anyone?

Currently I use Diamond but i need a voice speed dial cab file iused to use with the touch. the one with the diamond is much more enhanced(?) but i have a problem bec my contact list does not only use english. so it cannot recognize them. but with the voice speed dial, i could just record my voice...thanx

name and the icon don't look the same...
but when i installed it, it is very similar (or almost same!)
