WM 6.1 problem

My program memory and everything doesn't change when the phone slows down. The only task manager that seems to change is the WM5 task manager.

Yeah, I'm with Alltel. I just flashed back to Conflippers an hour ago, but I haven't tried any games on it yet (I'm at work). The last time I had Conflipper's rom though, I had the same problems.

I think it's gotta be WM 6.1 that's doing it... it's either that or my phone is messed up.

Do you think hard reseting it once or twice would help?

EDIT:

Now that I think about it, I don't remember Conflipper's rom freezing on me. I just remember it getting slower and slower until I reset. I'll try a game on his rom after work and see if it works. I'll report back with my results.

as of now no overclocking the diamond with the exception of the custom roms that improve the diamons performance and registry hacks/tweeks that are not stock .. so there are a few already available as for the overclocking/downclocking for diamond i have not seen it available , i use vogue right now investing in this as my starter wife so to say and will remarry a new device later .. i am jacking items for those devices to play with and port over to my device as well as many outher ppl .. but again Custom Diamond Romz are the faster then stock way to go so far

to many to list .........i have a massive collection from the wm5 to 6.1 but i know that they work well on the touch tryed and tested personally .. im dappling in alot right now teaching myself and learning from mistakes and such.. im doing xml , coding C++ java script PS cs3

but here is anouther one to add

Open your registry editor on your Pocket PC
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\GDI\GLYPHCACHE\
3. Change the value of limit to 206696
4. Close registry editor and soft reset.
and another
HKLM\System\StorageManager\FATFS

change the CacheSize 16534
soft reset ALSO GIVE IT A MINET TOO BEFORE RESET ALLOW THE CHANGE TO RECALIBRATE

Just to let you kow the overclocking does not work it wasn't designed for the qualcomm chipset in the htc touch and I have read this on many forums there is no evidence that supports that it works at all...people have ran benchmark tests and have came up exactly the same!!!There is plenty of evidence to support the fact that this will indeed work on the gsm version of the touch(elf) but not the cdma(vogue)
