minor errors with touch device!

when I try to open my contacts it says pc_start cannot be opened. I have to go through wireless sync to open contacts.
another issue is my device will not update. it states, connection to update server is not available.
any h
help with either of these problems great. than you in advance.

You should be able to fix that by using the softkey applet. The shortcut should run "poutlook.exe contacts". Does the Contacts Icon work in Programs? And the Wireless Sync from verizon will only work with the $45 dollar data plan and not the $30, other wise you have to use Outlook manually. I would recomend mail2web.
