SPB Keyboard with black skin, haptic feedback enabled on button press AND release, along with click sound on button press is awesome. gives a blackberry storm feel and i love it.

I just tried out ShapeWriter, and while it takes a little getting used to, it is definitely one of the quickest and most accurate input methods i have ever tried on a touchscreen device.

Its not free... but you can download it and it works if you just click "cancel" when it prompts you for the authorization code.

Touchpal is the first program I load after flashing a new ROM, and the only kb I use.

+1 I haven't felt the need to change keyboards once i tried touchpal.
