Recovering contacts

i have recently downloaded and installed the windows 6.1 update but in the process i have lost my contacts. i tried to back it up before with active sync to outlook but since i have no email account set up that didnt work i also used another program and was able to back everything on my phone but it wont let me restore it unless i buy it. any help to as how i can get my contacts back on my phone?

ihave same problem bro , and icouldnt fix it , any way here is what you need in the futur , its free .

finally got it yea and thanks for the other backup method. will be defiantly be using that next time
