Notifications tab in Sound options takes forever to open.

It takes a good 15-20 seconds for the notifications tab in the Sounds & Notifications settings menu to open up. It is extremely annoying. I never noticed it being so long until after I installed Manilla 2D. Is there any way to fix this?

Re: Notifications tab in Sound options takes forever to open.

Easy fix = Install a rom w/ m2d
What happens is that theres a lot of files in the /windows folder which slows it down.

I'm using one of the leaked official Sprint 6.1 roms. Didn't have any problems, so I never upgraded to the one that was posted on HTC's site.

I have like 7-8 Ringers.

Any way to reduce the amount of crap in the Windows folder, or at least sort some of it into folders without ruining anything?
