Expert help needed!!!!

Now I've recieved help on this before and i really apreciate it.......but none of it really worked.

I need help unlocking my phone (vogue)

This is my third vogue and i have unlocking the last 2 with no problem using
the unlocker 2.31 seeing as to how i have a gps enabled device.

my problem came in with this 2.01 spl on my new vogue......
the 2.31 unlocker will not unlock it for some reason.....are the steps the same?
i need to figure out if i'm doing something wrong!!!
please let me know if there is a tutorial out there on "spl 2.01 vogue phones"

has anyone unlocked this spl?
