No arcsoft on my phone

Im trying to set up my internet for my phone again and this time there is no arcsoft in the reg editor.. i can make phone calls and send txt and set up all the connections but the step about the modifing the arcsoft registry is not found on my phone.. any ideas why or do i have to download and additionl file.. any help is appreciated.. thanks

sorry for the quick post, here are some details.. I wanted to update my phone and try a new rom, so i used cokemans unlocker then i flashed the official sprint rom.. but then I couldn't call anymore.. then i tried omj's rom by flashing to bell then using his rom.. but I got the phone calls working by updating the prl. to 01510 .. but I tried the turitorial for the making the interenet work again by using the reg editor and looking for the arcsoft file. but its not there on my phone. I put all the cricket connection setting but that deosnt seem to work.. my question what am I missing to get those files on the phone. the rom works good, I can text and every thing but I cant connect.
