help cleaning up my mess

i was updating my phone with nfsfan's verizon rom and i think i screwed up like the noob that i am. i ran cokeman's unlocker and it worked fine. the next step was to run bell's official 6.1 rom but instead i ran nfsfan's rom. now the phone just loads up the verizon wireless logo and it stays there. if i do a hard reset it still only gets stuck at the verizon spot. i held the power, camera, reset button and the red, green, blue and white screen comes up.

i can connect it to my pc and the bottom part of my ppc screen says it's connected via usb (while in the multi color screen) but the windows mobile device manager doesn't pick it up. the pc picks it up as something because it tells me i can safely remove hardware.

what can i do?

When in bootloader mode it should not be picked up by mobile device manager. As long as it says USB on the bottom, then you should be able to just run the Bell update and it will ( or at least should ) see it.

thanks a bunch man. i came to the conclusion that i had a corrupt bell update. i got a different one and it worked just fine.
