Btw your phone doesn't have a "GPS cheap" insinde ... you will maybe able to use google maps with the aGPS ... aGPS doesn't require any cheap ... all you need is to upgrade to the radio and the rom that unlocks thins feature

So you should be enabled? try settings/connection/external gps =com 4 make sure that its set to com 4...

Hey there KK. Can you point out what you did to upgrade your Rogers HTC Touch. I've just become aware of the ROM upgrade to unlock the GPS and update to 6.1 but have no idea where to start. Thanks for your time.

actualy its no body will help you for a rogers htc touch on this site cuz your device is GSM ... www.xda-developers.com and your device's code name is HTC ELF ... NOT ELFIN and not HTC VOGUE
 i hope you'll figure out by your self

You will break your phone if you follow Vogue instructions, you need to go to the ELF forums on xda-developers.
