Unhappy Tried to install Alltel 3.10.671.1 and Stuck at Bootloader Screen, Help?

I tried to install the Rom 3.10.671.1 version from HTC but got my device stuck at the Red, White, Blue, Green screen. My device is an Alltel HTC 6900. I believe what happened was when installing the Rom my PC did an update and inturupted the install. I've tried to Master Reset, reinstall software but still at the Bootloader screen. When I try to reinstall, I notice that it gives me the message: Upgrading from _____Image to 3.10.671.1 Image instead of showing the initial Rom. What could I do to get my device working? Thanks in advanced for your help.

press and hold down these buttons at same time. Power-Camera- Poke stylus into reset button.

This should reload the blue red and white screen, when it does this, try and reflash the offical update again. And let me know if this works.

Nope, 328 error. It begins the status bar on the device, doesn't advance then powercyles.

Hard reset usually fixes that problem. How far into the upgrade was it when it seized the first time?
