Sound/Ringer: MP3 files ??

Can you set the ringer to MP3 song/file that I already have downloaded to my phone, if so how? Thanks advance.

goto whatever song you want, press and hold on it like you want to copy/paste and there will be an option to "set as ringtone" let me know if my directions are good.

Are you asking if you can use a song that you have stored and make it a ring tone? If this is what you are asking there is a program called mp3 trimmer found here:http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...86&postcount=4

this is what I use and it gets the trick done, this will allow you to select ant certain part of what ever and playback as rt

You can actually play a whole song if you want by just dropping it in the Windows folder. It will then show up in the drop down menus as an option. Also, the mp3 trimmer is part of the HTC Audio Manager, if you have already downloaded the HTC Home Customizer. Good luck.

you can also use songs from the music store as ringtones without buying the song. just hit preview song, then let the preview play and go find it in file explorer on sd card. saves all previewed songs.

Is there anyways to check what HTC Home Customizer version I currently have? and remove if I don't like them or if it takes up too much memory. thankx

yes to both. highlight the cab like your installing again and it should tell you what version you have and then cancel install. also should say version where you got it dl from.

I installed HTC Home Customizer 1.0, but HTC home Music and Contact are not showing up in main screen, HELP!!!!

Music and Contact are in the tabs
Please help!!!
