sprint pcs vision keeps turning on

i would search but dont know what im saerching for, sprint pcs vision keeps turning on when i turn my phone on from being idle and keeps turning on when im using the phone while running apps and other things, and im not running anything to turn it on and connects anyway, can anyone help me, thank you

also besides the help with sprint vision, does anyone know of a program there will change an mp3 file into a wav file i want to try and change my start up sound so that it plays a short clip of music when my phone start up from a soft reset, thanks

i think you can change the music format in your wmp on your pc.select sync then options and it should be right there.wma,wav,mp3,etc.
