defective htc touch swap for htc diamon
i e mail e care and a lady call me back and she said she was goin to exchange my defective phone even do i bought it from radio shack. she talk to her supervisor and he said it was ok but she din't proces the order becase i dind't have my credit car to pay for the diference $150 so she ask me to call back .but i have call thelesales and they transfer me from one department to another but it seens that no one knows what i'm talking about there are no notes on the exchange she told me.and they say thay can't exchange it because i got it from radio shack and radio shack can't exchanged it because i'm over the 30 days return by 17 days i got this phone on agust 31......is she my only hope ???? can some one advise me of what to do..

As per our conversation earlier today we will be talking to you later
about ordering your new phone. The difference in price between the two
phones is about $150.00 and you will need to pay that up from with your
credit card.
We will be sending you a return kit with your new phone so you can send
back your defective phone as soon as possible. If you do not send back
the defective phone within 30 days of receiving your new phone you will
be charged for the full price of the Touch Diamond which is $549.00.
