Re: Tethering Touch with WM6.1. Step by Step instructions

Im curious why they make it so hard for you guys to tether. On alltel all I have to do is connect to my laptop via usb and run the "internet sharing" program on my ppc and it tethers automatically.

Re: Tethering Touch with WM6.1. Step by Step instructions

That option has been made available to use through custom ROMs so I'm not quite sure. I have been using my phone for all sorts of stuff whenever the Internet at my house has trouble, even rocked out on xbox live one day.

Are you talking about the Official P.A.M where u get Charged? Cause I imagine that would be pretty straight forward.
I'm trying to Tether without being Charged..and I'm not surprised if that requires a couple more steps or more energy! lol

beat the computer with a stick really hard and then yourself for choosing vista .... lol Jk

check your comp for a WIFI switch or button first, if nothing then go into connections and find the wifi and right click to disable.

Re: Tethering Touch with WM6.1. Step by Step instructions

Well if you had a unlimited data plan then they would most likely never detect unless you went over the so called limited download amount that sprint supposedly has "5gb"
but I'm not sure if that even still exist

Re: Tethering Touch with WM6.1. Step by Step instructions

That "limit" supposedly is only for wireless cards and PAM, not for phones yet... so if you are tethering, you could actually go over 5gb and not worry.
