Your problem is not quite clear and there are some possible
solutions. 1. You can try 'ActiveSync', its useful for Outlook sync of both Pocket PC and mobile phones. Install it and select the options (in your case: files and emails) you want to synchronize. (Note: If your system is 'WM5.0+', you may need 'ActiveSync4.0+' for normal sync.) 2. You may meet the data conflict, for example, you changed your phone number in your mobile but not synchronized and changed it again in your desktop. Hence it is difficult for computer to decide which really needs to store. To solve this problem you need to set 'conflict rules': 'follow the desktop' or 'follow the device'. 3.I have met the same problem once I used another software for sync several years ago. I can not remember exactly. But if there is a option called 'time filter' in your software. It may cause the failure of sync of latest emails. Accordingly disabling similar options maybe helpful.
