Last Call pop-up?

Not sure if this is normal...

My 'last call' screen pops up everytime I close out of a program, or when I enter my password when the phone is locked. Is this normal? Can it be turned off? I can't find a setting...

this is a sticky at the top of the page its the same a s your phone app popping up.

Thanks hooover. That thread helped fix it. I was using the HTC Home Customizer, and one of the clock settings was messing it up. Thanks for pointing out the thread. Sometimes searching won't turn up anything...if you aren't asking it the same info.
