Re: Tethering with a mac?
I use SyncMate. With the free version you can't sync the two, but once you have the drivers installed on the phone you simply mount your device as a drive and you can add/remove whatever you need to.

Re: Tethering with a mac?
there only 2 ways ive found of doing this in osx the first is usb mdem 1.30 by mobile-stream(google it) the second way is tether in parallels and bridge parallels internet connection with the mac
this make windows run in parallels act as a go between fetching the connection for the mac there is a i free trial of usb modem at mobile-stream's website curently im using the parallels method because im scrared the usb modem might report tethering usage as tethering and not on device browsing like pdanet does if you try it and it reports as not tethering tell me il hook yo up with a full copy of usb modem for free if not what i plan on doing is using bluetooth as soon as this comes in these are great dongles i lost my last one and had to order another http://www.dealextreme.com/details.d...825~r.18422851 Last edited by dude1; 10-06-2008 at 08:59 AM. |
