Question I am new to the Htc Touch(sprint) have q's
I do not see gps, do I have to update my phone(how?) or is it non existant.

also how do I find out if I have WM 6.1 it says 6 professional, but im not sure I just got it yesterday.

sync your phone with your desktop and name your device.then export your info and after you flash your phone,sync back with your desktop and all info will automatically transfer back.make sure when you first sync copy everything.

how do i export the info, It wont let me sync my contacts it says outlook not configured, and I cant figure that out

go to settings>connections>usb to pc uncheck the box on your phone.it should export automatically...at least mine did.
