Re: Lost my radio

You know this happened on my first mogul.. it happened when I tried to flash the new gps radio by itself,, it corrupted the radio and after that I could flash all the dang roms I wanted but it would either never take the radio,, or it would get to 7% and fail,,, I had read about someone using mtty and formatting the nand memory locations then forcefully putting the radio back on,, and I went through said steps,, when I was finished, the last step was to flash a certain rom on it,, so I did,, it got to 11% failed, the phone shut off,, went to black screen, with the red light of death,, and I was screwed,, brick and a half... phone was stuck in download mode,, and at that time there wasnt even any speculation as to how to revert.. so I had to just put the phone in the microwave for a few seconds to to fry it and cover any tracks of what I had been doing with it,, and claim it as warranty,,, got me another one,, and didnt make that mistake again.. lol

I highly suggest that you dont just jump into doing all kinds of fixes to get your radio back,,, I would weed out all options until you find the right one.. because like my story it could lead to the worst... just a heads up..
