Free SIP calls possible on Vogue?

Skype is out, 2.2.045 doesn't work. You can hear them, but they can't hear you.

Fring is out, same issue.

Nimbuzz doesn't support SIP.

so does anyone know if there is anyway possible way to make free VOIP/SIP calls from our Vogue?

Skype .18 beta works, but you need to be running wm6.0, basically a pre ROM update phone.

search for skype, there was a lady who got a build of wm6.1 to work with skype, .18 beta, but you would need to build that version and flash it and see.
I can't get my computer to load the OS builder so I can't try it, I really want skype to work too.

.18 worked on 6.0 and 6.1 and like manilla 2D rom. THe problem is that the quality is horrid even over 3G, or plugged in via computer. SO.... yea..

I found a sweet little program that works with VOIPBUSTER and other SIPs only thing is sound comes form external speaker:

The problem with AgePhone is: one way audio - the other side cannot hear me while I can hear them.

Anyone is using AgePhone without one way audio problem?

Figured it out: don't switch speaker, or it'll block audio out.

Nimbuzz now works with SIP. I have mine set up with gizmo sip.. i can receive calls from landlines and mnobiles to nimbuzz but having trouble making calls. nimbuzz support is workign on this right now.

port sip is nice.. very clean and simple... i can make calls and receive them but the quality is terrible on my omnia.. it sounds like someone is dialing constantly from a rotary phone with the clicking and fuzziness.. thats without talking too. when you talk you still get an echo. anyone else have this problem with portsip?
