Query: How to browse internet using home internet connection?

You're right about the weather tab being able to update when the phone is tethered to the pc thru activesync,it updated perfectly for me as well but the browsers arent able to use the internet connection of the pc to browse from the phone. Btw, I checked my connection tab, the enable advance box was checked already.

Hope someone has a surefire remedy for this problem

yeah, tried this last night (same method as quoted above) and no luck at all. the computer could see the phone when activesync was active, but not with modem link (the computer thinks its a 6800 because of the darkvista wm6.1 rom that ive been running for a few weeks now). so i d/l the drivers for both the vogue and mogul and no luck
